New York Star Artist Management LLC, founded in 2013 and based in New York City, is an international arts management organization dedicated to advancing artistic excellence and global cultural exchange.

At the invitation of the China Soong Ching Ling Foundation, New York Star Artist Management will lead the New York Chamber Orchestra as the U.S. representative at the International Youth Orchestra Art Week 2026 in Beijing.
At the core of the organization’s mission is a long-standing commitment to developing emerging artists through its Young Artist programs. These programs provide access to high-level performance and international exposure.

Building on its established orchestra, the organization is selectively inviting additional musicians to join this international orchestra art week. This initiative extends its mission by broadening access to high-level performance opportunities and fostering meaningful cross-cultural exchange.

Applications are open to young artists between the ages of 13 and 30.

Qualified candidates will be selected through audition and awarded a fully funded opportunity to perform in Beijing.
